Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Scrotum

Question: Hi,
I have a lot of itching in my scrotum specially when i wear my clothes or after removing them. It makes my public life a little embarassing as itching may start anytime. I tried changing underwear types and brands.. I am specially particular about cleanliness so i keep the private area very clean(trimmed and all) but still face this problem. I used to use Candid-B powder but not able to find them anywhere. Is there a easy medication available for a permanent/temporary relief?

Brief Answer:
Chronic skin eczema
Detailed Answer:
Hi
From the description, it look like you have developed scrotal dermatitis.
You can start application of candid b cream over the affected area twice daily.
This type of skin eczema tends to increase on rubbing or scratching, so avoid touching the area is much as possible.
Take some oral antihistamines like levocetrizine daily at night to relieve the itching
Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Need to change habits..Avoid itching
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Once you start treatment, the itching will completely go in about two weeks time.
Since this eczema tends to recur due to itching, you need to avoid touching that area completely
In case there is an intense desire to touch or rub, apply a moisturising lotion over the area or keep a cloth dipped in colour water over it
