Suggest Treatment For Itching Inside The Eyes
Question: Some time I feel itching inside my eyes due to dust or some other problems. I use TOBA-DM eye drop which works really fine. But the problem is the availability.I at an alternative to the medicine. I tried normal tobramycin eye drops but they don't work that well. So please suggest a good alternative.

Toba DM has Tobramycin as antibiotic and dexamethasone, a potent steroid. You will find written on the package that prolonged use will cause glaucoma and cataract.
As the first line of defense use olopatadine eye drop marketed as Oopar or Olo eye drop, and try avoiding steroid drops in future.
