Hi .
These are just some small rashes.
Some sort of allergy.
Does it itch ?
And have you had it earlier on the stomach ?
Are you in particularly hot / humid weather ?
Did you recently apply any new product there - cream, talc, deo -have some piercing there , use any new fabric etc ?
Changing of soap ?

it itches sometimes but not often i didnt have it until a few weeks ago being at my gmas house their dog jas fleas when i jad left there theu jad appeared been there ever since what could it be and I also had my 1st laser session monday ingo back nov 9

I think it is an allergic rash.
Please use Cetirizine tablet and apply local steroid / antihistaminic mix ointment.
That should help in this.
This does not appear to be folliculitis.

its a lil better but mainly same stuff still having pain down there and the burning and tingling and feeling moist and all that i just want it to go away i cant stand to feel uncomfortable like this its like what doni do know? instill have 6 more laser sessions but if it dont help with the other stuff going on what do i do then or really what do I do now

Well, take it as it comes.
If the laser does not work, you really need to see a Specialist who believes you have vulvodynia and treats you for it.
