Suggest Treatment For Itchy Eyes And Wheezing

Question: I have been diagnosed with severe allergies and asthma. About 12 years ago I underwent desensitization which was very helpful for several years. However, my allergies are getting much worse again and I had to be hospitalized for several days recently for a severe asthma attack. I take oral antihistamines, orally inhaled steroids, and nasal steroids, but I continue to require a rescue inhaler for wheezing, and have a continuously dripping nose, cough, sneezing, itchy eyes, and even itchy face. What more can I do?

In allergic diseases, omalizumab (monoclonal antibody against IgE) is the new treatment approach.
For this you need to firstly get done serum IgE level.
Dose of omalizumab will be happy guided on the basis of IgE level.
