Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Can you please upload details of the previous surgical history ( the surgery that you have had 3 times in the past ).
Please upload photos of the itchy lumps also ?
Generally, lubricants cannot cause this , but I need the medical details ( records ) of what has happened in the past, to comment better.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Heres the photo of the area
Brief Answer:
Surgical removal.
Detailed Answer:
This appears to be an eczematous skin lesion.
I really need earlier details of your conditions and procedures done.
In absence of that, I would say you need to consult a dermatologist , and have a repeat excision of the area.
Why this is recurring - that question can be answered only when we have a diagnosis, that is obtained after subjecting the tissue sample to a biopsy.
Take care.
