Brief Answer:
Anti inflammatory drugs. Opinion of a rheumatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query

The symptoms you describe are very suggestive of a chronic inflammatory disease . Conditions like polymyalgia rheumatica, systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis can present as such.

I suggest you take simple anti inflammatory drugs of non steroid origin like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac with pain killers and book an appointment with rheumatologist. In case you have a past history of peptic ulcer disease, adding 20mg of Omeprazole daily might be useful.

Thanks and kind regards

Dr Bain
