Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) This appears to be sebaceous cyst. Meaning infection of hair follicle.

2) This does not appear to be herpes.

3) This is just a temporary infection which contains pus inside. This will slowly rupture by itself or dry out.

4) No need to worry about it.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
