OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It can be due to vulvitis. These bumps will be painful but it will reduce. Wash regularly with warm water. Apply some cold cream. Avoid using tight under garments, jeans, avoid clothes which irritates your skin. if it is not subsiding with the above remedies, you can apply Clotrimazole cream under prescription.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
