Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness, Headaches And BP Of 110/70

Question: Hello
I hope you can help me out . I have been having light headnesses for 2 Weeks on and off I seen my Dr they told me that I have chronic sinistus but I also have water in my ears I have done complete blood work all fine last blood pressure reading 110/70 headache I take extra strength tylnol it helps but then comes back my symptoms are headache front and side of head full feeling in right side of face and head ... and my ears feel plugged could this be sinus related and will spray help with a saline rinse or should I be asking for something more
