Brief Answer:
Maintain good hydration, supplement electrolytes

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX ,
I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern. As I start I would like to reassure you that the pressure reading you have mentioned is not detrimental to your mother's health and she should be just fine.
Because of the heat wave across the country there is a high possibility of dehydration as the cause of fall on pressure.
There is no medication to increase the pressure in this situation and rather none should be taken .
The best natural way is increase the fluids along with electrolytes to maintain hydration.
Electral sachets are available at any chemist shop and 1 packet should be added to 1 liter of water and taken during the day. Natural juices, coconut water or salted nimbu pani would help .
Keep a record of blood pressure and let me know if any significant change or if it fails to normalize within 24 hours
Hoping I could help.
