Brief Answer:
cholecystectomy
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your follow up reply soon
As per your reply it is clear that you have no liver damage as well as infection to liver present right now, so for confirmation you can do liver function test.you had mentioned for removal of gallbladder which is called as cholecystectomy.so as doctors are planning for it so you must have inflammation or gallstones present in gall bladder so do an ultrasound examination to know present status.once your gallbladder is removed, bile flows directly from your liver into your small intestine, rather than being stored in your gallbladder and it does not affect your ability to digest foods.
Do a microscopical and routine examination of urine for bile salts and pigments.
Add pancreatic enzymes[lipase, protease, amylase]before food for stomach discomfort after meal due to blockage of pancreatic duct by gallstones and these are OTC medications and you may discuss with your local drug stores.
You can do few things at home -:
1)stop drinking alcohol and stop smoking
2)choose a diet that limits fat and emphasizes fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean protein.
3)drink more fluids throughout the day. It may help to keep a water bottle or glass of water with you.
4)Do exercise regularly
further management depends upon ultrasound report only
Hope that helps.
