Is Dizziness And Nausea Related To Post Cholecystectomy Syndrome?

Is that post cholecystectomy syndrome?
I'm 22 year old, i had a ling standing history of epigastric pain, dizziness, indigestion, nausea but without vomiting with frequent steatorrhea and diarrhea! sometimes vague shoulder pain and right upper quadrant (RUQ) pain, finally Weight loss with low grade fever! it was found to be chronic cholecysititis, diagnosed around 3 months ago!.
I had chlecystectomy surgery about 1 month ago! after the surgery, the symptoms almost cured for 1 week, except for the RUQ pain after meals, but during that time i was still on a fat-free or low-fat diet. now i started eating normal food!!! i have weird bowel habit with occasional steatorrhea, nausea, very mild RUQ pain without radiation of pain to shoulder and dizzines!!!!! :( :(
should i see my doctor for any investigations? or just go for a low-fat diet?? i actually miss eating junk-food :P and fatty foods!!!!

i also want to know of gallstone disease and chronic cholecystits may cause steatorrhea, and how?? i know that choledechothiasis cause steatorrhea for sure! but thye ultrasonologist told me that the CBD is normal! so steatorrhea cofuses me.....

plz help me

i study medicine, you may explain any detail for me if it's comfortable for you

Hello,

Post cholecystectomy altered bowel habits is a usual phenomenon because now the bile release is not in conjugation with meal intake. It will settle down slowly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. B.dinesh
