Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

My opinion
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
I have read your query and understood your problem. I have also looked at all your reports and consultation slips.
Your Vitamin D is borderline and requires the therapy as mentioned. You can continue.
Your slip disc is mild and still not yet compressing your nerves.
Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Continue muscle relaxants. Perform physiotherapy back strengthening exercises. Abdominal muscle strengthening exercises will also help. Trial OF TENS therapy will help.
Surgery not required yet. Just posture control and physiotherapy.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
Regards,
Dr. Aashish Raghu
