Suggest Treatment For Lump On The Vaginal Entrance

Question: My partner noticed a small lump a little past the entrance of my vagina a couple of weeks ago- my doctor couldn't find it and so asked me to monitor it and get back to her the following week if it was still there/ got worse.
I have checked today and now found a number of them.. Upon investigation and google images it looks potentially to be genital warts although I can't be 100% certain as it's hard to examine them close up and my partner is away.
There are no lumps outside of my vagina they are all internal.
As well as this I have developed a burning sensation within my cervical area in the last week.
Feel quite distressed as I am in a monogamous relationship and haven't had warts before.
I have had irregular cells shown in previous smears and colposcopy, but my last biopsy came back clear and I'm not due another smear for 18 months.
Not sure how related they are as I'm aware of the HPV virus and the different strains that exist. Not sure if these are related or not so thought I would include.

Brief Answer:
unlikely warts but recent onset indicates herpes...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The fact that there are multiple bumps inside the vaginal introitus and they have been recent onset and have a confluent growth then they are unlikely to be genital warts, but possibly herpes infection. They are clear fluid filled blebs , grow in confluence at one dermatome or area , often painful and itchy .
It is important that a local exam and a local swab smear test may be undertaken to isolate the organism and the virus , so that you may be started on antivirals sooner to shorten its incubation period.
However it is suggested that you may send a picture of the same for better diagnosis.
Regards

I took these earlier.. Its very hard to get a proper photo. The lumps themselves are not painful.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
These are hard lumpy growth from the lateral vaginal wall which is not herpes zoster but likely HPV associated growth which needs to be ruled out for any vaginal neoplasia or cancer. The picture shows cauliflower like growth intravaginally with white sero-papular lesions with clear shiny surface indicative of a HPV infection. It is important that a biopsy of the lesion has to be done and sent for histopathological examination for ascertaining the diagnosis.
My suspicion goes in favour of VIN or vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia.
Please get yourself examined by a gyne-oncologist as soon as possible.
