OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

This could be symptoms of what we call Vaso-vagal syncope. It is due to the procedure of colposcopy which could have caused stress and thus, lead to decreased heart rate and sudden black out and sweating. Once you are done with what triggered it, or when the stress is relieved, you become normal.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
