I have gone through all reports.
In view of recurrent fever, lymphadenopathy, x Ray features, montoux and family history, ATT may be added.
The dose is according to weight of child.
Diet rich in protein and carbohydrates should be taken. Foods like milk, pulses, vegetables, fruits.
Visit a pediatrician for treatment prescription and regular follow up.
