Question: Im taking Pylera and Side effects im experiencing is muscle pain in my legs like cramps and changes in heart beat .Is this normal?

Hi,

Muscle pain and palpitation are recognized side effects of pylera. If you think they are so severe that you would not want to continue on, the medications can be easily replaced with others of same quality. If they are mild, know it is normal and in most cases it gets better with continued treatment.
