Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spasm

Question: I had sex with my wife last night and now it really hurts to walk. It is like I pulled a muscle in side.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. There is quite a possibility that muscle spasm occurred due to sex resulting in pain. I will take few days to recover.Meanwhile i would suggest you following things:

- Take adequate rest
- naproxen thrice a day for 3 days
- take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it at the site of pain. It will give soothing effect.
- Avoid sternous activity till you recover.
