Brief Answer:
Take rest. Will heal on its own.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You have just minor injuries that are likely to heal well in next 2-3 weeks. You need to take rest and mild pain killers. Use a crepe bandage or elastic brace in the area of sprain and avoid any movement around those joints.
In case the pain is severe then do get some muscle relaxants prescribed by your physician.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
