Brief Answer:
Immediately warm your fingers.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

You should immediately warm your fingers upto 37~39°C temperature approximation.

Have painkillers like ibuprofen.

Use bulky woolen sweater or cloth to cover your fingers.

Avoid rubbing, run dry hot air or blower.

If still problem occurs for about half an hour, rush to Emergency Room.

There doctor may prescribe you thrombolytics and fluid.

Avoid weightlifting, alcohol, smoking.

I hope it helps. Feel free to ask further.

Thanks,
