Question: I have a low temp of 97.7
I have been fighting swimmers ear since 8/4 all redness swelling and pain is gone but it is still draining a clear odorless oil
2 days ago I noticed a red knot under my breast when then opened and drained in my sleep, I am worried it may be staph due to a low immune system

I would not be worried about the temperature. However, I would suggest you to get a routine blood count done to confirm that you do not have any infection. If the result is fine, stay relax and there is no need to worry. I do not think that you have a Staphylococcus infection or a low immunity. However, if your ear keeps draining, some antibiotic drops may help.
