i am 32 year old male i am suffering with oligoasthenozoosermia, after 1year of marriage still my wife is not conceive. so please guide me regarding this?

i have sent JPG image of my report. We have done certain test to my wife such as Glucose (Random), thyroid , Serum (LH, FSH) all reports are normal

Thanks for attaching file.

Your sperm count is very low and motility is also low.

I suggest you repeat semen analysis in a different laboratory again.

If it is same again, you need to undergo ICSI ( Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) which is a test tube baby treatment.

Such a low count is difficult to improve.

Hi,

New report looks excellent.

Sperm count 110 million per ml, 60% actively motile and 85% normal morphology. You have no problem. Earlier reports are likely to be wrong.
