Suggest Treatment For Oral Burns
Question: I burned my palate with some hot food and it has red and white patches on it and is very soreand sensitve to heat. I also have a partial plate for my front tooth. Should I gargle with salt water or hydrogen Peroxide?

don't use saline water or hydrogen peroxide. Both will harm the burnt mucosa. Just use betadine gargles or plain water. apply candid mouth paint and glycerin to the oral mucosa. Take tablet vitamin c once daily. Take paracetamol for pain.
Take bland diet. Avoid spicy foods and aerated drinks.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
