Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis of inter-vertebral joints

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
X-ray shows the degenerative changes of C 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Noted the history of soft tissue swelling on the right posterior neck, neck pain on movement, popping sound like bone on bone on talking or movement like behind the mouth.

The reason of pain and popping:
- Due to degeneratative changes, there is osteo-arthritis of the joints in between the vertebrae, and also osteophyte development. These rub against each other to cause the pain and sounds.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
