Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Following measures will help in getting smooth recovery:
- naproxen thrice a day for 4 days
- take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it at the site of pain. It will give soothing effect.
- get her back massage done with oil. It will also give soothing effect.
- it would be better to once get a X-ray LS spine done to confirm the status if bone.
- if there is any superficial wound then apply ployfax plus ointment over it.
AVOID:
- sitting on hard chair.
- lifting heavy weight
Hopefully she will see improvement in 2-3 days but of condition remains same or aggravates then visit her to hospital and get an appointment for a "Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon" for examination & further management.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
