Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In The Penis While On Trimix

Question: Hello I have been using TriMix for the last 3 months with protest good results, some penis pain but ok considering the benifits. Last night at midnight I infect 50 cc? It end in a little tough and inject was tough. Got an erection in five minutes with pain erection died in 20
Min and no sex. Left side hurt all night this morning very tender to the touch a very swollen at the foreskin left side dull pain all over penis. Help?
