Suggest Treatment For Pain In Hand And Legs

Question: my wife hand and leg fingers are paining her fingers are paining even if she pick up bottle since 4 days this is happening before her hand and fingers where paining she is 33 year old 52 kg. please advice

Generalised pain in hand and legs may be due to some exertion or fatigue.
Is there any history of fever, neck pain, weakness in limbs, sensory loss, walking difficulty or urinary complains?
Any other illness or medications being taken?
At present treatment will include rest , pregablin with methylcobalamin .
