Brief Answer:
Back pain with headaches
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic.
It can be some spine sprain which can be possibly triggered by some posture changes and muscle spasms can be leading to occipital headaches or neck muscle spasms.
Xray lumbar and cervical spines alongwith evaluation by your GP and careful examination may be needed if it doesn't settle in a week.
Meanwhile using analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen will help. Using muscle relaxants like orphenidrine or tizanidine also improve symptoms relief.
Physiotherapy may also be needed if it doesn't settle spontaneously.
Hoping you a speedy recovery. Regards. Kindly close the discussion if you don't have any more questions.

Could walking/running 7 miles cause the spine sprain? I usually walk/run 4 - 5 miles a day. Would seeing a chiropractor help?

Further clarification
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Yes it can be triggered by strenuous physical activities as is normally seen in athletes or sports persons, so in your case as you described your physical activity it is quite possible. Taking rest for a week or two along with the measures I mentioned earlier will help. Chiropractor review can be ensued if it doesn't settle within this period. Regards.
