Brief Answer:
HYPERALGESIA.

Detailed Answer:
Increased sensitivity to pain and/or pain to a stimulus that should be painful can be due to the nerves or to the area being abnormal. If it is the nerves, then it follows the pathways of the nerves. There are two patterns of nerve pain. One is, well, the path of the nerve. This commonly occurs when the nerve is pinched by a structure (disk disease). There is pain, it shoots, the area is sensitized. The nerves all over can also be all over sick. This occurs commonly in diabetes. Less common would be thyroid disease, b12, alcoholism. The tips of the longest nerves have the most symptoms (ends of toes, maybe in the tips of fingers). It is not one spot.

There are many reasons that the area can be inflamed and sensitized. In the vast majority it is obvious that the area is inflamed and usually why it is inflamed is also obvious. Skin infection/inflammation/scalding/burns/allergies hurt and burn and increase sensitivity. The skin looks it.

None of these relate to other sensations/conditions. If there are a LOT of other symptoms all over the place (anxiety, headache, energy changes, thinking changes, GI disturbances) a complex set of conditions but mainly involving psychological causes such as depression/ anxiety WILL produce different perception of pain in multiple places that is NOT localized to particular nerve patterns.
