Brief Answer:
Please see detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
Since when is the lump on your head? Was there any injury?
For the pain under your ribs you would require an examination by a Physician or a Surgeon and probably an Ultrasound abdomen and X Ray of the chest.
Weight loss of this magnitude is not a good sign at all,
Please see your Doctor or a Physician as soon as possible.
As far as the lump is concerned, it is very difficult to say what it is without examining it or seeing it. It would be better if you upload an image of the swelling or lump or let a Surgeon examine you and advice you accordingly.
Take care and do let us know if there are any further queries.
