default
Posted on Mon, 29 Dec 2014
Question: I have developed - what seems like cuts around my anus. They are painful (mild) and seems like open wounds. I have not engaged in anal sex for months. I do get these often but this time has been severe. I was detected of HPV which wss treated by doctor. These dont seem like the HPV warts that i used to get. I have managed to take a few pictures. Was wondering if there is any home remedy for this. Also what could this be ? Do i need any more tests to be able to detect this.

Brief Answer:
The area is infected internally too. meet surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Welcome to the forum again and thanks for posting your pictures of concerned area.

I have analyzed the pictures with best diligence and can make out that the area is quite infected. You can see the raw areas and infection going deep into anus.

In such kind of cases it is no advisable to do any home remedies. I suggest you to meet a surgeon and analyze the internal anal area too for best help.

It requires proper antibiotic therapy to take care of the infection. Till you meet a surgeon you can do sitz bath. It means sitting in lukewarm water for 5 minutes for 3 times a day. Additionally you can take anti inflammatory drug such as ibuprofen or diclofinac or paracetamol for twice daily after meals.

I hope these informations will help you. I will be glad to answer any further queries.

Brief Answer:
Maintain hygiene and meet a general surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow ,

Welcome again to the forum and thanks for your swift response.

The infection is due the propensity of the area to have high bacterial proliferation and poor hygiene along with improper washing. Analysing area itself is prone to get inflammed frequently.

I suggest you to wash the area and do sitz bath and can meet a general surgeon for best help.

I hope these informations will help you. I will be glad to answer any further queries.
