Brief Answer:
RLS and myopathy are two different conditions.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.

I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, you are suffering from RLS and peripheral neuropathy.

RLS and myopathy are two different conditions. In myopathy, there is severe weakness of muscles, where as in RLS, the muscle strength is normal.

For RLS, you should continue Ropinirole or Pramipexole. For neuropathy, gabapentin or duloxetine should be used.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
