Is there any nausea, vomiting, weight loss, diarrhea, constipation, fever, abdominal pain (where located, does it radiate).
Since when do you have symptoms.
Does the food trigger the symptoms?

hi doctor, 1st things is tht I'm a bachelor n regularly eating outside food..n I do feel constipation throughout the day n sometimes I feel abdominal pain in lower abdominal line....could u suggest me any medicines r exercises...

To give proper medicines, I need to know what do you suffer from.
Diet can be the case. If so, fiber and probiotic should greatly help. If you have constipation, you should check your thyroid (TSH should be checked). If there is any blood in stool or mucus in stool, you should consult gastrologist and have some stool tests.
If you have any frequent urinating, please have urine analysis done.

oh ok thanks a lot doctor for the valuable suggestion....as of nw constipation is the concern n o used to drink lot of water due to whch their is frequent urine. any how on your suggest I'll consul gastrologist once...it would be helpful for me if you can refer r know any good doctor in XXXXXXX location near Perungudi I'll be thankful to you...
