Brief Answer:
see doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This kind of recurrent fever is most likely due to some sort of infection and could be serious. The fatigue could be from the fever, infection, anemia or other cause. In any case it is very important for you to see a doctor as soon as possible and get an accurate diagnosis and treatment.
The doctor will need to do a physical exam, blood tests and possibly other testing. Make sure you make a list of all your symptoms to take to the doctor so that they will have a better chance to sort this out and get you treated as soon as possible Let the know about any travel you have done and any exposures to anyone else that is sick
I hope you are better soon,
Dr Robinson
