Hi Dr.,
I have this problem since last few weeks, typically during noon time at work. Headache is more towards one side (left). Telma I am taking since last 6-8 months. I don't skip meals, I sleep 6 hours everyday. I do cycling and running as well but sometimes during work out I do get these headaches as well.

It looks you have one or two of the following possibilities.
Water intake is not according to the requirement. It should be 8 to 10 glasses a day.
Please check the blood sugar levvels when you have headache.
If you have headache during exercise it could be insufficient glucose in the body or water.
I suggest to have a banana or apple beffore you go for work out and have enough water during and after work out.

Thank you for the feedback. I do take enough water throughout whole day but will check the sugar level as well and intake of fruits before workout.
