Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pressure In Chest

Question: When I stand up or if I bend down and get up I feel tightness in chest.. Going on for about 6 weeks.. Definitely has gotten better but it's still present when I standing up or take deep breaths .. What do you think?

Can be costochondritis or muscle pain

Dear Sir,

It can be caused by costochondritis or by simple muscle pain, sometimes spine problems can cause such complaints.
You can try, if Ibuprofen relieves the pain, take Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day after meal for five days.

So after trying I brofin 400 for 5 days ... And nothing happens .. What else can it be? Or from the question you seem pretty confident that's what it is....
