Question: I have uncut tight foreskin. I am 28 years old. I can retract it fully when am flaccid but I am scared it will get stuck when my penis is erect. I can get approx. 70% erection and get back safely. should I try for full masturbation with foreskin retracted?

Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have partial Phimosis .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) are you able to retract foreskin when penis is fully erect?
2)Do you get pain when attempting to retract foreskin on erection.?

Please consult qualified urologist for clinical examination .If needed you may have to get circumcised .

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure.

no. I can retract close to glans but face discomfort when try to pull back more...

2)Do you get pain when attempting to retract foreskin on erection.?
slight pain is there.

I have been performing stretching exercises by inserting my fingers inside phimotic ring and stretch it. will they be fruitful or is circumcision the only option? I would like to avoid that if possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Based on the facts that you have posted now It is advisable to get circumcised Manual dilatation of foreskin will not help at all and may lead to scarring making it ore tight.

Please consult qualified General Surgeo or Urologist and get circumcised .
This will help to have enjoyable sexual life for rest of your life.

Thanks and regards.
