Suggest Treatment For Phimosis

Question: Hi sir/mam, please suggest me with some medicines, cream, or ointment for my present condition of my penis as I am in a worry abt future life. Till 2012, I was suffering from phimosis. After that, with little stretching I was able to retract my penis under the head. Now, the head comes out easily without retraction. But, when it is erect, I have to use little force to bring the foreskin below the head and same with little more force for bring back to that position. My penis is not able to fully erect because of the penis head’s back joining which is stiff and not stretching. It pains when I use force to stretch. Pls doctor go through the picture I have uploaded by compressing pictures. Please suggest me with meds. Becoz I don’t want to go fr circumcision.
Please suggest me:
1)     With my above problem
2)     Nr the head, the foreskin became black. How to clean as soap is not able to do it.
3)     My penis is erect, it is not like that hard as I feel.

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
You said you want to avoid circumcision so I will suggest you few conservatory ways which will help you reduce your symptoms
Apply a topical steroid cream which will loosen the skin and reduce the inflammation
Also anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen should be taken to reduce the pain and inflammation.
Wash it with a distilled water only avoid soap as it will further cause irritation.
By seeing your images I also feel theres some infection aswell so I suggest you to take antibiotics like Cefixime after consulting with your doctor.

Yes dont worry penis condition is absolutely fine. Its just that its looking a bit reddish in colour which is a sign of infection.So I suggested antibiotics.
Also you can apply steroid prepations like Betnovate.But i also suggest you to consult with your surgeon as well.

sir one last query:
as u have mentioned abt infection, today after taking shower and cleaning penis nicely i found out that below the head of the penis small small white lite spots were dere. is it a sign of infection. if yes then pls suggest me what to do and any home remedy?

sorry fr ur waiting as follow up was over.
sir pls go through the new photo and suggest me if infection is there and how to cure it.
sir my another query is that after full erection of penis, still i can bend my penis with little force. is there a lack of blood supply or prob? after full erection penis is not fully straight and i want my penis to be more hard .

and third, the cream which u have mentioned, how to apply it?
pls solve my above three queries.

As I said earlier there seems to be a infection and should take a course of antibiotics.
No need to worry at all about the curvature of penis as its not abnormal.Its present in few normally and it wont affect your reproductive ability.
You should apply it after washing your penis with distilled water and putting sterile gloves.

some small bumps like type is dveloped between foreskin and glans. is it all right or needs some medicine? antibiotics is cmplsry?
