HCG diet is not recommended for losing weight.HCG may have some unwanted adverse effects like depression,restlessness and fatigue. Over the counter use of HCG diet is not approved for weight loss.

Which pituitary tumor do you have?Who prompted you for HCG diet?There are safer ways to lose wight like regular cardio exercises.
