Brief Answer:
Benign condition
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you.
I have gone through your pictures and they are are suggestive of benign condition known as "sternoclavicular hyperostosis" that is new bone formation at sternum and clavicle. May be confirmed by x-ray. This requires conservative treatment in form of hot water fomentation and Ibuprofen as pain killer.
Sometimes it is associated with pain in other joint along with lesion at palm and sole,do you have that?
Hope this answers your query.
