Suggest Treatment For Pulmonary Emboli
You can wait, if its only in legs.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.
Looking at the medical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. If there are only two blood spots and its limited to the legs, you need not worry at present.
2. If you find the same lesions in the upper limb, back or anywhere else in the body, then its worrisome. See if you have easy bruisability (bleeding under skin easily on mild injury). If you have it, dose adjustment might be necessary soon. However, do not discontinue Xarelto.
3. The lesions in leg could be superficial petechiae. Due to skin conditions (unhealthy leg vasculature), healing might take longer time. When you meet your doctor, you can show it.
Hope this helps. Any more clarifications glad to help again.
Regards
Dr Jyothi BL
