Brief Answer:
Pus should be removed.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. If pus has been formed, then it should be drained ( removed) by removing scab by aseptic technique. It is better to take help of medical professional ( Doctor/a nurse ). Sterile dressing package are available with pharmacy. Doctor generally incise and drain it by surgical blade if not drained by removing the scab. After removing pus it can be cleaned and dressed with antibiotics ointment. Antibiotics tablets are of help to control it. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. Vitamin B and C help in recovery.,

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
