Suggest Treatment For Pyelonephritis
Question: I understand I have pyelonephritis with a UTI Stap Aureus infection which has proven resistant to Ciprofloxacin and Amoxicillin-Clavulanate; please advice on what other antibiotics that can be sensitive to this infection and what is the likely prognosis of this versus my kidney?

Thanks for your reply. I have done urine culture test and the sensitivity is positive for Ofloxacin and my doctor has placed me on Ofloxacin tab 200mg bd for 10days and after that I believe I should be fine as seeing a nephrologist here is quiet a lot of trouble.
