Suggest Treatment For Raised Itchy Rashes On Arms, Chest And Back
Question: I'm 37 female recently noticed dime sized rashes on arms chest and back. They are slightly raised and itch occasionally. No change in bathing products or cleaning products. Is not and allergic reaction to anything. What could this be?
Brief Answer:
Hello. This looks more like a fungal skin infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Your photos aren't very clear but these look and are acting more like a ringworm/fungal skin infection rather than an allergic reaction.
For the time being you can try Lamisil cream topically three times a day for a week, but if that doesn't work you'll need either prescription ketoconazole cream or oral Diflucan to take care of it.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
