Adult acne with secondary infection most probably
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM...
I read history and looked at photo you posted. I deeply feel thst most probably the lesions may be acne with secondary bacterial infection. It may be called adult trunkal acne.Kindly consult dermatologist to have firm diagnosis and perfect treatment.
After thorough examination he might give you antibiotics like minocycline 50 mg twice a day along with nimesulide 200 mg twice a day. And to apply antibiotic cream like nadifloxacin cream may be considered. The itching you may be nonspecific and may be relieved by antihistaminics like levocetirizine 5 mg daily at night. You might require long term treatment to prevent acne lesions.
Do not rupture the lesions,as secondary bacterial infection might increase. Avoid stress and anxiety, which might exacerbate the disease.
I hope this would help you.Still, any query..you may ask.
Thanks.

Herpes zoster...right?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If you have vesicular lesions on one side with burning.. it is really herpes zoster. I wasn't able to appreciate vesicular lesion in this picture. Well, I am happy if you had consulted dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
Anyway, antiviral like acyclovir in proper doses and antiinflammatory analgesic drugs are beneficial in shingles. Steroid in tappering doses may be taken to prevent post herpetic neuralgia. Local cream like siversulfadiazine cream may be applied.
Do not be concerned. With right treatment, you might recover in few weeks.
Wishing you healthy life.
Thanks.
