Suggest Treatment For Raised Spots On Vagina
Question: I have two small raised spots on my vaginal vestibule, on the ridge line. Shaved too close and too close to the vaginal opening and have had a razor burn for a bit. I am letting the hair grow out. These raised spots do not look like cauliflowers nor blisters, but almost feel like a varicose vein. They are about the same color as the surrounding skin. They are soft and can flatten out almost, not quite, flush with the skin. There is no discharge. I had a negative pap smear at the end of XXXXXXX and have not been sexually active since September. My friend says it's probably an ingrown hair, but I see no puss.I've looked at pictures of HPV online and the raised areas don't look like them. They are about 1/4 inch long and bunch up like a stretch mark does.I found them in October and there's not been much change.

It can be Fordyce spots.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. It can be most likely Fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless.
If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying.
If Fordyce spots then you can take more garlic and antioxidants. Also keep good hygiene. Avoid greasy and sweaty environment on genital area. You can also apply Aloe Vera gel.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

I dabbed the two spots with distilled vinegar and they did not turn white or sting after a minute or so.

Avoid vinegar as it is an irritant. You can use Aloe vera gel for local application. Use intimate wash or V wash to stabilize bacterial flora and PH.
