Brief Answer:
Recurrent fever probably recurrent UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
If you have recurrent urinary tract infection (UTI) causing episodes of fever, you need to undertake routine urinalysis and urine culture & sensitivity tests to select appropriate antibiotics. Also you need to undergo Ultrasonography abdomen particularly Kidney, ureter and bladder region to know any structural abnormality or any obstructive uropathy like renal calculus etc to cause recurrent UTIs.

Renal tuberculosis also can cause indolent fever, tiredness. Is there any past or family history of tuberculosis? Upload your all investigation reports ,if done already.
