Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

I can appreciate that you're dealing with a very uncomfortable situation. Having this persistent rash is I am sure something that has been problematic for you.

There are multiple different antifungal medications which may be of benefit. I am sure that your doctors have consider using fluconazole. They have probably also considered using topical nystatin.

At this point I think it would be very beneficial for you to visit with a dermatologist. The dermatologist can help you put together a strategy to keep this particular problem from occurring over and over. If this is somehow related to your weight it might be necessary for you to work on a focused diet and weight loss program.

Sometimes excess weight can cause folds of tissue to be pressed together during the day which creates an environment where used infections can occur over and over. This is just one consideration if this happens to pertain to you.

It also might be beneficial for you to visit with an immunologist if you think your immune system is compromised. You made all just perform some testing to see if you have some deficiency which may be corrected.

Thanks again for sending your question.
