Posted on Tue, 18 Aug 2015
Question: I have recurring boils in different places on the mons pubis, sometimes with painful lumps, other times flat. No head or centre. Sometimes two next to each other. They pop and heal fairly easily. This has been happening for many months.

Brief Answer:
It might be herpes or bacterial

Detailed Answer:
hi there
good day.
welcome to health care magic.
thanks for keeping your faith in us for health related issues.
I read your query and understand your concern.
in my opinion the problem you are facing might be due to virus called herpes or might be dude to bacteria.
in case of bacteria there will be pus inside the lesion and they will heal with scar.

in case of viral there will be clear fluid inside the blister and it will heal with out any scar

but vital lesion will be very painful.

I suggest you to see a dermatologist he might prescribe you anti viral medications like acyclovir.

it's advisable to do test like Cbc,examination of fluid in blister under microscope and fasting blood sugars.

in case of diabetes also this kind of blisters are seen.

I am not diagnosis any condition as proper diagnosis needs visual inspection of lesion.

Hope I am able to satisfy your query.
