Suggest Treatment For Redness Of Eyes Following Scratching Of The Eye

It can be subconjunctival hemorrhage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic
It seems from the history that your daughter is having redness of eyes following scratching of the eye. Since she is not having blurred vision or other vision related symptoms and pain, this can be a simple sub conjunctival hemorrhage.
Sub conjunctival hemorrhage appears as a bright red spot in the white part of the eye and it is because of collection of blood under the conjunctiva because of bleeding.
No treatment is generally required for this condition and it resolves over 1-2 weeks as the blood gets absorbed. Applying cold compression as you have done is sufficient and it helps in symptomatic relief.
If possible do send a photo of the affected eye so that I can answer your question more accurately.
Thank you
